An adept team leader and people manager, you'll be charismatic, persuasive and patient. You manage our BCP, our tech projects, mitigate risks and look for opportunities to improve what we do through technical solutions.
What You Will Do
Devise strategic proposals which will deliver on the future technical needs of our organisation
Lead, manage and develop a technical team of four individuals
Horizon scan to take advantage of all opportunities and understand and mitigate any risks
Build and manage relationships between internal partners, external suppliers and stakeholders
Create and maintain an IT Business Continuity Plan ensuring we can respond to challenges ranging from minor disruptions to major events
What You Will Need
A strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions in a digital world.
Experience of setting, agreeing and implementing a strategic plan for a similar sized organisation.
Strong strategic, analytical, and evaluative skills
Strong risk management experience
Ability to convey complex solutions to a range of different audiences.
