About the role

You will target mid-market and corporate level prospects, identifying and quantifying their business problems and pain related to our service offering. Working alongside other members of the growth team, you will further develop, explore, and close the contract opportunity.

You will;

Be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities into both mid-market and corporate clients for large, multiyear opportunities that deliver on the growth aspirations of the business
Execute a value-based sales process focussing on identifying client pain points, the development of need, and the qualification and formulation of business cases for propositions
Work on targeted campaigns with the marketing team into both mid-market and corporate clients
Qualify, manage and progress leads from both outbound and inbound sources
Use the company's CRM platform, HubSpot, to track all sales activity
Achieve monthly KPI's built around behaviours as defined by the business
Working in close contact with partners such as Microsoft who provide a valuable source of leads, delivering a rapid turnaround on any incoming contact.
Creating proposals and pitch presentations for new clients

About you

You will have worked on a range of sales activities where you have generated new business opportunities from you own initial research, outreach and nurturing as well as successfully closed the contract opportunity.

Desirable characteristics

A minimum of 2 years' experience successfully generating leads at mid-market and corporate level
Demonstrable evidence of a track record of sales success
Experience working for an MSP or within the tech industry and/or have a keen understanding and interest in the tech industry would be highly advantageous
Proven 'hunter' (new business) prospecting and selling skills, utilising an industry accepted sales methodology
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail especially with the creation of contractual or proposal documentation
Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
Highly driven individual with an exemplary work ethic
Able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with wider team members
Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients
You are proficient in using HubSpot CRM, or similar
